Breckenridge has a variety of shops on Main Street. You’ll find national retailers like Burton, Columbia, Helly Hansen, Lulumon, etc. You’ll also find a toy store, a doggie boutique, the Joy of Sox and numerous other souvenir shops. Here are a few of the local shops I like.
Marigold’s Farmhouse Funk & Junk
I could spend hours in here. There’s so much fun stuff. Towels with funny sayings, cook books, spices, clothing, jewelry, lovely-smelling candles and more. This store is a lot of fun to peruse and pick up gifts for loved ones (or to treat yourself.). You can guarantee what you’ll find in here will be unique.
This is a clothing store for women geared toward the winter ski theme. Think sweatshirts that say Forever Winter, mittens, hats, loungewear, etc. The store is tastefully designed and inviting. It’s a nice place to get some colorful, comfy gear.
Down and across the street, you’ll find Limber Grove. This is another shops with clothing, jewelry, accessories, some housewares, etc. It has men’s and women’s items. The designs are truly unique. They have some great shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and even stickers.
This is another local shop. They sell many types of honey. The majority is Colorado honey, but they also do have varietals made elsewhere. You’ll find honeys with lavender, those to boost immunity, etc. They also have delicious peanut butter made with local honey and other spreads like Cashew Bliss, etc. All are made locally in Summit County.
Now if you’re looking for the traditional tourist merch, the shop I like is Shirt & Ernie’s. They have tees, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, hats, etc. Many sizes and colors are available, and if they don’t have the right size/color combo, their sister store Shirt Off My Back might. They usually have items on sale too.
Breckenridge has lots of shopping options. Stores are worth browsing through to see what interests you, and if it is traditional tourist items, then compare among shops. I’ve enjoyed each visit there to look and see what’s available.
